A: Your membership will be a recurring monthly charge to your credit card on file, automatically renewing each month from your sign-up date

Q: How do I book my blowouts?
A: You can easily book your complimentary blowouts online through my booking system or by calling the salon directly. Just mention you're a member!

Q: What are "select services" and "select products"?
A: "Select services" typically include popular treatments like deep conditioning, glossing services, and specific add-ons. "Select products" refers to designated retail products available for purchase in the salon. I'll provide a clear list in-salon and during your sign-up process.

Q: Do my unused blowouts roll over to the next month?
A: No, monthly blowouts are designed to be used within the month they are issued and do not roll over.

Q: Can I cancel my membership?
A: Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time, provided you give us 30 days' written notice. Please refer to the full terms and conditions for complete details.

Please Note: Terms and conditions apply. Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid for the named member only. Unused monthly blowouts do not roll over. The complimentary birthday blowout is redeemable once per year during the member's birthday month. Prices and terms are subject to change. Please ask me any questions you have!
