To ensure every guest receives the time and attention they deserve:

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled.
• Please text if you will be 5ish minutes late. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
