There are many options for deep conditioning or repairing treatments, so I wanted to give some guidance and recommendations. The treatments below are some of my favorites, and I have used them in the salon on your hair. I now love them and strongly recommend them. You can use all of them; however, they do specific things. Listed below are some focused solutions these products provide.
If your hair has been feeling dry, weak, or not bouncing back the way it used to, this is where you need to get more intentional.
Most treatments make your hair feel better for a few washes. These go deeper. They repair, strengthen, and support the structure of your hair so you actually see long-term results.
The three I trust and recommend are K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Mask, Olaplex No. 3 Conditioning Treatment, and Wella Ultimate Repair Leave-in Spray
Each one has a role. When you use the right one for your hair, you get real change.
You can find K18, Olaplex No. 3 and Wella Ultimate Repair Leave-in Spray are linked in my Instagram Linktree in my Instagram Bio.
